Ross M. Kramer joined Mr. Shargel's firm as an associate in 2006. Before joining the firm, Mr. Kramer served as a law clerk for the Honorable Richard M. Berman, United States District Judge for the Southern District of New York. He also worked as an associate at a large New York law firm, where he concentrated primarily on corporate criminal investigations.
Mr. Kramer received his Juris Doctor from Fordham University Law School after graduating from Johns Hopkins University. While at Fordham, he was a Moot Court National Finalist, received awards for Best Brief at the National Moot Court Competition, Best Team and Best Speaker at Fordham's Brendan Moore Trial Advocacy Competition, and, upon
graduation, the Lawrence J. McKay Advocacy Award for excellence in oral advocacy.
Mr. Kramer is a member of the New York State Bar and is admitted to practice in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
